3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Off Price. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including—but not limited to—product availability, pricing errors, or concerns flagged by our fraud prevention system.
Payment and Currency:
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed in Pounds (GBP). For international customers, currency conversion is managed by your payment provider, and Off Price is not responsible for any conversion discrepancies.
Declined Payments:
If your payment is unsuccessful or flagged, your order will not be processed. You will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment details.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order. Please note this does not constitute formal acceptance of the order.
Billing Issues:
If you encounter a billing issue or suspect an error, please contact our customer support within 14 days of the transaction. We aim to resolve billing disputes within 14 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 72 hours of placement at no cost. After this window, a £50 cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative expenses.
To Cancel an Order:
Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed through our return policy.
Right to Cancel Orders:
Off Price reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion—particularly if the order appears fraudulent or violates our policies. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Return and Refund Policy
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be initiated within 28 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The item must be new, unused, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Completeness: All accessories, manuals, and any free gifts must be returned in original condition.
No-Questions-Asked Return:
Customers may return items within 28 days of receipt for any reason, with no questions asked. However, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs associated with such returns.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal, the item will be returned to us and treated as a standard return. Applicable return shipping fees and deductions will apply, as stated in our Return Policy.
Incorrect or Defective Items:
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Model Number: The product does not match the listed model.
- Incorrect Colour or Size: The delivered item differs from the listed specifications (note: up to 10% size variation is considered acceptable).
- Defective Product: After inspection, if a product is found to be faulty or defective, it will qualify for return or replacement. Off Price retains the right to determine product eligibility for defect claims.
Inspection and Refund Timeline:
All returns are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team. If an item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing components), it will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Refunds are processed only after the item passes inspection and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
