Reactivation is simple, and we will send a reminder when it’s time to update your account.
Prestige Reserve Programme
The Prestige Reserve Programme allows you to preload funds into your account to unlock exclusive
rewards and credits, enhancing your shopping experience. Choose from the following tiers:
How the Prestige Reserve Programme works:
- Preload your account: Choose your Tier and add the corresponding funds to your
account. - Earn rewards: Your account is instantly enhanced with shopping credits for every £1,000
preloaded. - Use your balance anytime: Your balance never expires, and you can use it for future
purchases. - Withdrawal option: Should you choose to withdraw your balance, simply provide a 30-
day notice. Please note that any Prestige Credits earned will be forfeited upon
withdrawal.
Important Note: Once the funds are preloaded, the transaction is considered final. Refunds,
cancellations and withdrawal are allowed upon request with a 30-day notice.
